The team at Four Acres care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, are celebrating after successfully passing their latest CQC inspection, recognising the ongoing commitment of staff to providing care and support for residents.
The inspection involved all members of the staff team, whose continued dedication plays an important role in creating a welcoming and homely environment for residents.
Resident JW said: “I am happy to be living here as it’s a lovely, homely home and it deserves to pass all the inspections.”
For residents at Four Acres, knowing they are well looked after is an important part of feeling happy and settled in their home. JW added: “Because we all need to be looked after.”
