The recognition, which took place in Coventry, highlights Nicolas’ continued passion for improving the lives of people living with dementia and maintaining high standards of compassionate, person-centred care. Nicolas was voted as a finalist by colleagues at Frank Foster House, reflecting the respect and admiration he has earned from both staff and residents.
