Residents from Frank Foster House Care Home enjoyed a fantastic day out at the Theydon Bois Donkey Derby on 12 July 2026, joining the local community for a fun-filled event full of laughter, entertainment and memorable moments.
The annual village celebration at Theydon Bois Green featured traditional donkey races, fairground rides, stalls, games, food and entertainment, creating a wonderful atmosphere for everyone attending. Residents enjoyed watching the activities, soaking up the community spirit and taking part in a much-loved tradition they have enjoyed returning to every year.

The outing was a great opportunity for residents to spend time together, enjoy a change of scenery and remain connected with the local community. Everyone had a wonderful time creating new memories and enjoying a special day out.
