Residents at Wisden Court, part of the Runwood Homes group, enjoyed a trip to St Albans Cathedral, followed by lunch together.
The outing was organised in response to residents’ interest in visiting a place of historical significance, giving them the opportunity to explore one of the area’s most notable landmarks.
During the visit, residents explored the cathedral and admired its surroundings before enjoying lunch together.
Residents shared their thoughts on the day, with one saying, “This is beautiful”, another commenting, “It’s so peaceful here”, and a third adding, “The paintings are beautiful”.
