Residents and staff at Longview care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, recently came together to celebrate the home’s achievement of a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The celebration party was filled with joy and pride as staff marked this significant milestone with prosecco, a delicious buffet, and plenty of laughter. The event provided an opportunity for everyone to reflect on the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that contributed to this fantastic achievement.
As part of the celebrations, Home Manager Lorraine and Regional Operations Director Erin were presented with beautiful bouquets of flowers as a token of appreciation for their support, leadership, and commitment throughout the journey.

“It was such a lovely afternoon. I am so proud of all the staff who worked so hard to achieve this Good rating. We have proven that teamwork makes the dream work, and Longview is an amazing place to live and work in.”
The Good CQC rating reflects the high standards of care provided at Longview and recognises the dedication of the entire team in creating a safe, caring, and supportive environment for residents.
