Residents from Bramwell Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes group, along with staff and family members came together for a sponsored walk to raise awareness of breast cancer and funds for vital breast cancer research.
The group set off from Bramwell Care Home and made their way to Attenborough Nature Reserve before completing the return journey. Despite the rainy weather, everyone showed great determination and commitment, refusing to let the conditions dampen their spirits.
The idea for the walk was inspired by the personal experiences of members of the Bramwell Care Home community who have been affected by breast cancer. Their strength and courage motivated the team to organise the event and support an important cause.
Bramwell Care Home would like to thank all the residents, staff and family members who participated and supported the walk, helping to raise awareness and contribute towards breast cancer research.
