Situated in Hucknall, Nottingham, our 75-bed residential care, nursing care and dementia care home offers person-centred care and an established community for our residents to thrive. Meet Our Home Manager

Heather Limb

I originally began my journey with Runwood Homes as a care assistant back in 2015.  I felt I had found my true calling and remained working within the care sector while progressing to my current role of Home Manager. I have a varied background and have worked in different settings and supported a range of different ages and abilities.

I am passionate about ensuring our residents receive genuine, person-centred care and promoting a true sense of belonging and maintaining their links and connections within the community. I have high expectations for myself and my team and am incredibly proud to be a part of the Jubilee Court Team.

 

At Jubilee Court, the door is always open, and the kettle is always on! Please feel free to pop in for a chat and cup of tea.

At Runwood Homes, we offer a full food and dining menu consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner along with snacks to suit all dietary requirements. For residents requiring textured food or modified food, rest assured that your loved one’s needs will also be catered for. We take into account meal preferences from each resident in our care and aim to provide their favourite meals that they are used to.

Activities & Events

Your loved one will benefit from a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator within the home; they will organise and encourage social interactions with a range of engaging activities. The Lifestyle Coordinator will create an activity calendar taking into account your loved one’s interests and varying needs. Activities may include Music and singing sessions, arts and crafts, bingo, baking and visits to outside attractions etc.
