Meet Our Home Manager

Jeffrey Ford

I’m Jeffrey Ford, the Registered Home Manager at Jubilee Court. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, my career began in adult mental health services. In 2013, I transitioned to the rewarding field of nursing homes, where I’ve been able to focus on creating a supportive environment for residents needing specialised care.

Jubilee Court is designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals living with dementia, frailty, and physical disabilities. We provide personalised support to enhance each resident’s quality of life.

I find great joy in interacting with residents, listening to their stories, and learning from their experiences. We prioritise resident feedback through regular meetings, fostering a culture where their voices are heard, and their needs come first.

At Runwood Homes, we offer a full food and dining menu consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner along with snacks to suit all dietary requirements. For residents requiring textured food or modified food, rest assured that your loved one’s needs will also be catered for. We take into account meal preferences from each resident in our care and aim to provide their favourite meals that they are used to.

Activities & Events

Your loved one will benefit from a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator within the home; they will organise and encourage social interactions with a range of engaging activities. The Lifestyle Coordinator will create an activity calendar taking into account your loved one’s interests and varying needs. Activities may include Music and singing sessions, arts and crafts, bingo, baking and visits to outside attractions etc.
