Hi, I’m Hira, and I’m happy to introduce myself as the Home Manager here at Leawood Manor. I’ve worked in care for over 12 years, across a range of settings, and have spent the last couple of years in management. Caring for others has always been a big part of who I am. I grew up surrounded by older relatives whose stories and wisdom made a lasting impact on me.
That’s where my passion for person-centred care comes from, making sure people feel truly known, respected, and supported in a way that suits them and their life story. My door is always open for a chat!
