Frank Foster House care home in Theydon Bois, proudly celebrated Elaine’s extraordinary 45th work anniversary on Friday 15th March 2024. Elaine started her career with Frank Foster House in 1979 at the age of 18, marking an incredible milestone of dedication and service.
The celebration took place with joyous celebration’s among Elaine’s colleagues and cherished residents, with a vibrant Mauritian-themed party. Despite never having travelled abroad, Elaine’s dream was brought to life as the team planned a memorable event filled with exotic delights. A colleague, dressed as a pilot, symbolised Elaine’s journey of dedication and commitment over the decades.
Nicolas, the home manager at Frank Foster House, reflected on Elaine’s remarkable journey, stating, “I am immensely proud of Elaine for her 45 years of unwavering dedication and hard work. She has been an inspiration to us all, embodying true commitment and reliability.” Nicolas himself had the privilege of witnessing Elaine’s journey since he first joined as a cleaner in 2006, with Elaine serving as one of his mentors.
In expressing her gratitude, Elaine remarked, “I am overjoyed to celebrate this milestone with my colleagues and extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in making this day truly special.”
