Home Manager and Care Team Leader at Lower Meadow care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, have been celebrated for their outstanding contribution to dementia care after reaching the finals at the Dementia Care Awards 2026.
The Dementia Care Awards brought together professionals from across the care sector to recognise excellence, innovation, and dedication in dementia support services.
Representing Lower Meadow were Home Manager Rachel and Care Team Leader Priya, who were both named as finalists in recognition of their commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred dementia care within their service.
Their shortlisting reflects the continued focus on compassionate, person-centred care across Runwood Homes and highlights the dedication to supporting individuals living with dementia, as well as their families and loved ones.
