Residents and staff at Frank Foster House Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, came together to celebrate International Women’s Day, recognising the achievements, strength and contributions of women in the community.
The home’s lounge was beautifully decorated with flowers to mark the occasion, creating a warm and welcoming space where residents and team members could gather. Throughout the day, everyone enjoyed sharing stories, engaging in meaningful conversations and reflecting on the inspiring women within their own community and beyond.
The celebration provided a wonderful opportunity for residents to reminisce, connect with one another and recognise the important role women have played in shaping families, communities and society.
The event highlighted the importance of recognising the impact of women across generations, while also bringing residents and staff together for a meaningful and enjoyable celebration.
