Residents and staff at Four Acres care home, part of the Runwood Homes group, came together for a fun-filled England World Cup-themed bingo event.
The event helped everyone get into the spirit of the England World Cup games while enjoying a relaxing glass of wine and several rounds of bingo. Residents enthusiastically joined in, sharing conversations, cheering each other on and enjoying the build-up to the evening’s football match.
Resident Charlie shared his excitement ahead of the game, saying, “I’m so ready for tonight’s match.”
The atmosphere throughout the afternoon was described as amazing, with smiles all round and everyone having a great time together. One standout moment came from resident Brian, who was so excited about the football match that he encouraged everyone throughout the day to watch it together in the lounges at 5pm that evening.
The themed bingo session was a fantastic way to bring Four Acres residents together, celebrate the excitement of the World Cup and create lasting memories for everyone involved.
