Hi there, my name is Cheryl, and I have worked in the care sector for over 28 years and have been part of the Runwood Homes family since 2009. I’ve progressed from Domestic and Carer to Care Team Leader, Deputy Manager, and now Home Manager, giving me a deep understanding of all aspects of care home operations.

My passion is to lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver outstanding standards of care, achieving excellent outcomes for residents, families, and our care team.
