The staff are excellent, caring and treat my mother with dignity and respect. Management are mindful of all her needs and do everything they can to encourage her well being and improve her physical condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Stafford Hall Residential Care Home.

She's improved so much. The care is amazing and there is an activity of some sort every day. The staff are very friendly and approachable, nothing ever seems too much for them. The home is spotless and the residents are all kept clean and dressed every day.

I cannot praise the this home enough! He was treated so well and the staff were all so kind. His room was always clean and his bed and clothes always fresh. The staff were always popping in and he had plenty of drinks. He was included in as many activities as possible.

Stafford Hall is a very welcoming friendly place. The staff are very caring and approachable. Nothing is too much for them to do. The manager and her team work well together and are obviously dedicated to giving the best care to their residents.

Activities range from visits to local attractions using our minibus service and hosting monthly community events to joining the Runwood Ramblers walking group, alongside a wide variety of activities within the home.

Jenna Paine

My name is Jenna, started my career in care 24 years ago as a domestic, progressing through many roles including laundry assistant, kitchen assistant, carer, head of care, deputy manager and manager. Working in care is not just a job to me, it’s a passion.I am committed to ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable and happy.”

I deeply believe that every resident should be treated as an individual and care should always be tailored to their individual needs, I love nothing more than seeing the smiles on the faces of those we care for.
