Staff are great and helpful. She tell me what she been up to in the day with a planner they have. Safe clean and beautiful run place. Lovely outside gardens for the summer warmer months.

Our wellbeing and enrichment programme is tailored to individual interests, helping residents stay active, build confidence, and enjoy social interaction each day. Activities range from visits to local attractions using our minibus service and hosting monthly community events to joining the Runwood Ramblers walking group, alongside a wide variety of activities within the home.

At Waterfield House, we follow the guidelines of the British Dietetic Association and the Care Home Digest to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are consistently met. My name is Flavia, and I am the Home Manager at Waterfield House. I joined Runwood Homes in 2012 as a care assistant. I have achieved an NVQ level 5 in management and courses in management and leadership. I am efficient, knowledgeable and well organised. I hope you feel free to visit our lovely home and look forward to welcoming you!
