Residents at Leawood Manor Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes Group, have been enjoying a series of relaxing and creative watercolour painting sessions throughout April, led by Marina from Creative Minds.
The sessions took place over several weeks and gave residents the opportunity to explore their artistic talents through themed watercolour projects, including beautiful scenes such as robins perched on branches.
The activity proved to be both engaging and rewarding, allowing residents to express their creativity while enjoying a calm and social environment filled with laughter, joy, and smiles.
One of the standout highlights from the sessions was the quality of some of the finished paintings, with several pieces so impressive they could be framed and proudly displayed around the home.
The atmosphere throughout the sessions was full of positivity, with residents sharing smiles, laughter, and a sense of achievement as they brought their artwork to life.
