Residents of Westwood Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes group, their families and staff came together for a special evening of homemade pub-style food favourites and refreshments.
The evening offered residents a choice of steak and chips, chicken and chips, or lasagna, followed by a selection of delicious desserts. All the food was prepared from scratch by chef, Glen, helping to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
The atmosphere throughout the evening was described as “amazing as always”, with residents saying they had a wonderful time enjoying great food and great company.
Events like this are at the heart of Westwood and are important because they bring everyone together and support social connection and overall wellbeing.
