At Lancaster Court, we follow the guidelines of the British Dietetic Association and the Care Home Digest to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are consistently met. I have obtained many qualifications including Level 5 diploma in leadership and management; Level 3 Dementia Diploma; Level 3 Medication administration; Level 2 counselling Diploma; Level 2 Diabetes Diploma; Mental Health first aid; IOSH training; Moving and Repositioning key trainer and an Assessors Diploma..
