Residents at Rose House Care Home enjoyed a vibrant Mexican fiesta filled with music, dancing, delicious treats and plenty of laughter.
The event formed part of the home’s ongoing ‘Passport to Food – Eating Our Way Around the World’ initiative, which gives residents the opportunity to explore different cultures, flavours and traditions through fun and engaging activities.
The home was transformed with colourful decorations, creating a lively Mexican-inspired celebration. Residents enjoyed a cocktail party atmosphere before DJ Paul took to the decks with a fantastic selection of music.
The upbeat entertainment soon had residents and team members dancing, singing along and enjoying the festivities together.
Helen, Administrator at Rose House, said: “It was wonderful to see so many residents getting involved and enjoying themselves. The music, dancing and fantastic atmosphere made the fiesta a real success.”
The afternoon was vibrant, inclusive and sociable, providing another opportunity for residents to come together, have fun and enjoy a taste of somewhere new.
The Mexican fiesta was another memorable stop on Rose House’s journey around the world, celebrating friendship, culture and plenty of fiesta spirit.
