Food & Nutrition
At Bracebridge Court, we follow the guidelines of the British Dietetic Association and the Care Home Digest to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are consistently met. I believe that creating happy, stable teams is key to delivering outstanding care. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and specialise in Dementia Care. I love building strong relationships with local families and community partners to ensure our home is not just a place to live, but a vibrant and connected community. I am very much looking forward to getting to know everyone and working together to make Bracebridge Court a place we are all proud to call home.
