Bramwell Care Home, part of the Runwood Homes group hosted a special afternoon tea to thank the families, friends and staff who helped create a beautiful recycled, sustainable garden for residents to enjoy.
Organised by the Bramwell Home Manager, the “Thank You Tea Party” brought everyone together to recognise the time, dedication and creativity that went into transforming the outdoor space into something special for residents.
The celebration provided a wonderful opportunity to show appreciation for everyone’s contributions while strengthening the bonds between Bramwell residents, families, friends and the care home team.
The Bramwell garden stands as a lovely example of how community spirit and teamwork can make a meaningful difference to residents’ daily lives.
Bramwell Care Home would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the project and helped make the garden such a valuable addition to the home.
