"I am absolutely over the moon with this care home. All the staff go above and beyond for my mum. She loves all the staff. The food she says is amazing. Every time I go there is laughter and fun. I can't rate this care home highly enough. Vicky the manager is friendly and approachable she does an excellent job again always going above and beyond for all the residents they all genuinely care."

"My Mum was in Lancaster Court for just under a year. I cannot praise the staff and management highly enough for the care they gave my Mum. Mum sadly passed in January and spent the last few days of her life in Lancaster Court after we managed to get her back there after a stay in hospital. The staff helped us to make Mums last few days comfortable and were supportive of us as a family too. Mum had a lovely room, and the staff are of a high calibre and perhaps the best thing was the longevity of the staff, with Mum living with Alzheimer's continuity was important to lessen confusion. The staff all seemed permanent and genuinely cared for the residents. Thank you for everything you did."

"My mum moved into Ivy Court in August 2024. Two years later, she still loved the place. The workers do treat the patients very well. The food is very nice. The cleaners do a good job, always very clean place. The staff who do the washing also do a very good job. The patients all enjoy their trips out. The patients love it when they have entertainment. They love bingo, love baking, and arts and crafts games. What more can I say? Staff are very fair."
