I have to say what a beautiful Home. The Manger is amazing, so resident-focused and has the home running fantastically. The residents are so happy, the home smells fresh the staff are kind and compassionate!

The staff have bought out the very best in her and she enjoys the weekly trips out, craft activities and the coffee and quiz mornings. They are very kind and caring but more importantly, they know their residents and meet their needs.
Julie W(Daughter of Resident)
I find Broomhills care home very friendly and professional. Staff are caring, and approachable and treat each resident as an individual. The activities provided are excellent.
Linda R(Daughter-in-law of Resident)
The staff at Broomhills are always friendly and welcoming when we visit. They have taken the time to get to know my father-in-law and have gone out of their way to ensure they have his favourite snacks for him. He is well cared for and comfortable and has a clean room. We feel really lucky that he has a room in this excellent home.

Meet Our Home Manager
Paul Jiggens
I started at Broomhills when I was just 16 years old as a domestic, and the second I stepped through the doors, I knew this was where my career was going to grow. I strongly believe in person-centred care. I make sure our residents are always treated with kindness, patience, and compassion. Supporting someone in the later years of their life is a privilege, and I never lose sight of how important that responsibility is.
