Meet Our Home Manager
Hanna Anderson
My name is Hanna and I have been proud to be part of the Runwood Homes family
for nearly nine years. I began my journey in 2017 as a Care Team Leader and
through dedication, experience and a passion for care have worked my way up to my
current role as Home Manager. While working as a deputy manager I completed my
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management, which has further developed
my knowledge and skills and strengthened my commitment to providing the highest
standards of care and support. As Home Manager my aim is to create a welcoming,
safe, and positive environment where residents can truly feel at home. Our residents
are at the heart of everything we do, and I strive to ensure that their individuality,
choices, dignity, and wellbeing are always at the forefront of our approach.
I genuinely enjoy my role and find it incredibly rewarding. One of the greatest parts of my job is seeing our residents happy, engaged and living fulfilling lives, while knowing that I have played a part in making a positive difference to their everyday experiences.
