A resident at Chelmunds Court Care Home celebrated an incredible milestone on 14 August as Kay S. marked her 104th birthday, surrounded by fellow residents, staff and friends.
To make her day extra special, Kay was surprised with birthday balloons and a collection of handmade cards lovingly created by fellow residents. Taking advantage of the beautiful weather, the celebrations continued in the garden, where Kay enjoyed tea, biscuits, sunshine and conversation with friends.
The celebration brought everyone together, creating a wonderful sense of friendship and community within Chelmunds Court.
One of the highlights was seeing Kay’s joy as she received her surprise balloons and cards.
