The Whitecroft care home in Orsett was proud to announce the unveiling of their new mini shop on Friday the 15th of September at 11am.
The grand opening was officiated by the local Mayor, with a celebratory champagne reception to mark the occasion.
The mini shop, named “The Whitecroft Emporium”, is a testament to the community’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. Designed with convenience in mind, this charming boutique-style shop offers a delightful selection of everyday essentials.
Residents will have the opportunity to purchase a wide range of items, including sweets, toiletries, books, cards, socks, underwear, and magazines, all without leaving the comfort of their home.
Residents and their families, as well as team members, gathered to witness this special event. The celebration began with a small champagne reception, allowing everyone to raise their glasses in a toast to the new shop and the experience it promises to bring to The Whitecroft community.
