Meet Our Home Manager
Monica Dragu
My journey in care began in 2009, when I started working as a Care Assistant at Runwood Homes’ Alexandra House. In February 2010, I proudly registered as a qualified Registered General Nurse. Since then, my career has taken me on a rewarding path into management, where I’ve held a variety of leadership roles within the care sector. Wanting to continue developing my skills and leadership abilities, I completed a Level 5 Diploma in Business Management and the My Home Life programme, alongside several other management trainings that have helped shape the way I lead and support my teams. I’m committed to making a difference by maintaining the high standards and quality of care that inspired me at the very start of my journey.
