Activities & Events

At Jubilee Court, we understand that every resident is unique. Our wellbeing and enrichment programme is tailored to individual interests, helping residents stay active, build confidence, and enjoy social interaction each day. Activities range from visits to local attractions using our minibus service and hosting monthly community events to joining the Runwood Ramblers walking group, alongside a wide variety of activities within the home.

Food & Nutrition

At Jubilee Court, we follow the guidelines of the British Dietetic Association and the Care Home Digest to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are consistently met. Our freshly prepared meals cater to a wide range of dietary requirements and preferences, bringing residents together in a welcoming, social, and dignified atmosphere where every mealtime is both enjoyable and nourishing.

Meet Our Home Manager

Jeffrey Ford

I’m Jeffrey Ford, the Registered Home Manager at Jubilee Court. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, I began my career in adult mental health services. In 2013, I transitioned to the rewarding field of nursing homes, where I’ve been able to focus on creating a supportive environment for residents needing specialised care. I find great joy in interacting with residents, listening to their stories, and learning from their experiences. We prioritise resident feedback through regular meetings, creating a culture where their voices are heard and their needs come first.
