The level of care, compassion & professionalism shown by every member of staff has exceeded our expectations. The team go above & beyond to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable & cared for.

All staff work efficiently and professionally and I can rest assured that she is very well looked after and her needs, both medical and personal, and her well-being are all dealt with extreme care and kindness.

Care & kindness to my Dad is first class. Management & all staff are so caring, warm & friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. My Dad has been here for 2 years now, we are so happy he is at Carolyne House.

I have been so pleased with the excellent care my mum has received since she was admitted to Carolyne House. She is well cared for, stimulated and enjoys regular trips out and daily activities to keep her body and mind active and engaged. All the staff are happy and caring.
